Shipping

At HUK Aesthetics, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed quickly and efficiently.

All items are carefully packaged to maintain their quality during transit. Orders for in-stock items that are placed before 2.30PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Public and Bank Holidays), are usually processed and shipped the same day.

Shipping fees vary depending on your chosen service and destination, which will be clearly displayed at checkout. We work with DPD, Royal Mail, and The Pallet Network to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the following Monday (excluding Public and Bank Holidays).

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over £200 + VAT.

Delivery

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs, including standard and next-day delivery for UK addresses. Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, while next-day delivery is available for in-stock item orders placed before 2.30PM, Monday to Friday (excluding Public and Bank Holidays).

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen courier delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.

Please note: once your parcel has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. On the rare occasion that any issues arise with your courier or delivery, our team will happily liaise with your chosen courier on your behalf to assist in resolving the matter.
