Returns Authorisation

Before returning any item please contact our customer services on 0114 221 3344, or email hello@huk-aesthetics.com for authorisation.

Returning Items

If you are returning items to us, please send them back to HUK Aesthetics, care of Hygiene UK Ltd, President Park, President Way, Sheffield, S4 7UR, mark the outer packaging with “RETURNS”, and add the corresponding sales invoice number we issued with the order. Please ensure you obtain a proof of delivery from your courier. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned which does not include the required information on the packaging, and items may therefore not be credited.

Packing Items

Wrap the item securely, mark the outer packaging with “RETURNS”, and add the corresponding sales invoice number we issued with the order. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return. Please ensure that the item is packaged appropriately as we cannot be held responsible for any damages which occur during transit back to us, and this may result in a credit not being issued.

Unwanted Items

We are unable to accept returns unless they are:

  • Faulty
  • Incorrect
  • Not fit for purpose

Faulty Items

If you suspect that a product is faulty please speak to our Customer Services team within 24 hours of delivery on 0114 221 3344 who will help to resolve any issues. Items found to be faulty within 48 hours of receipt will be replaced or credited after inspection. If a product is found to have no fault or is faulty due to misuse then no replacements or credit will be issued and return of these of these items will be subject to a delivery charge.

Damaged Items

We will replace any item that is delivered damaged provided the delivery note is clearly marked as received damaged and that we are informed within 24 hours of receipt of goods. All packaging and contents must be retained for inspection unless we state otherwise. Any replacements will not be sent until the damaged items have been returned and/or inspected remotely via images/video.

Collection Charge

If you require us to collect goods for return the charge is £15.00 for parcels up to 30kg weight. Anything over this weight will be quoted at the time of collection request. Collections are only posible from mainland UK addresses. 

Re-Stocking Charge

A 10% re-stocking charge applies to the net value of goods that have been authorised for return or order cancellation prior to shipping or collection from our Sheffield warehouse. This charge is in-place to cover bank charges incurred from the order placement & refund. 

Discount Codes 

The welcome discount is not eligible for on SALE items or BULK discounts.
