Exercise Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request using the form below or contact us directly using the details provided on our Contact Us page.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal due to health protection and hygiene reasons. This includes products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or where the protective packaging has been removed after delivery.

Submit a Withdrawal Request

To request a withdrawal, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number or reference
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Products you wish to withdraw from
  • Confirmation that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal

Step 1: Withdrawal Request

By submitting your details, you are notifying HUK Aesthetics that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Step 2: Confirmation

After submitting your request, you will be asked to confirm your withdrawal request before it is processed.

Once confirmed, we will send an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.

Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal request is accepted, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds may be withheld until returned goods have been received and inspected where applicable.

Exemptions

For hygiene, health protection, and safety reasons, certain products supplied by HUK Aesthetics may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed. This includes injectable products, skin boosters, dermal fillers, and other medical or aesthetic products where product integrity cannot be guaranteed after delivery.

These exemptions are subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
