As we wrap up a huge year at HUK Aesthetics, we want to say a heartfelt thank you to every practitioner, clinic and academy who has chosen us as part of their journey. Your support has helped us grow, innovate and bring even more high-performance products and education to the industry this year.

With Christmas around the corner (and clinic diaries filling fast!), here’s everything you need to know about our festive opening hours, delivery schedules and order cut-offs. Save this page so you can plan ahead and keep your stock levels merry and bright. 

🎅 Holiday Opening & Closing Times

Christmas Eve - Open until 12 noon
Christmas Day - Closed
Boxing Day - Closed
27th & 28th December - Closed
29th, 30th & 31st December - Open
1st January - Closed
2nd January onwards - Open as normal

Whether you're topping up your favourite injectables, grabbing last-minute clinic essentials or collecting a click-and-collect order on Christmas Eve morning, we’ve got you covered during our festive opening windows.

Christmas Delivery & Collection Schedule

Planning ahead is key at this time of year (especially with DPD's seasonal pressures), so please take note of the following:

🎁 Pre-Christmas Delivery

Last orders for pre-Christmas delivery:
2:30pm on 23rd December
(Please note: next-day delivery is not guaranteed due to courier volumes.)

🎄 Pre-Christmas Click & Collect

Last collections from our Sheffield HQ:
11:30am on 24th December

✨ Deliveries Between Christmas & New Year

Any orders placed between Christmas and New Year will be dispatched as normal and delivered on the next working day (excluding New Year’s Day).

We return to full operational capacity from Friday 2nd January, ready to support you with fresh stock, new product launches and a packed 2026 ahead.
